The fifteenth year of the Talented Youth Camp started in Česká Třebová
Once again after a year Talented Youth Camp (CTM) is back and as every year the youngest players have been the first to start their camp, with a challenging program waiting for them the whole week.
Seventy four players (of which sixteen are goalkeepers) arrived at this year's CTM in category U-13. In their first training session the players went through fitness exercises under supervision of all thirteen coaches.
After warm up followed training aimed at individual skills with respect to long pause after the season. The training gave coaches chance to see players in action, which helped to divide them into two groups based on their abilities. Ondřej Almaši and his collegues have had prepared a special training plan for the goalies.
New faces could have been found not only between players, but also in a coach staff. New female member of the couch squad Kristýna Mačátová received offer to participate in CTM from Mr. Komárek (founder of CTM) and was pleasantly surprised how the whole organisation works. “At the very beginning I was afraid of the number of players, but there is enough coaches which take care for them and I think it will be amazing” said Mačátová.
